In this project, our goal was to modernize the interiors of a dated tract home in Scottsdale, transforming it into a standout residence among its identical neighbors. The original layout was less than ideal, so we reimagined the kitchen to better suit our client's lifestyle, creating a uniquely shaped island with a built-in dinette table. To open up the space, we incorporated white oak beams, adding both structure and warmth. The color palette was kept soft and neutral, providing a serene backdrop, while dark brown cabinetry offered a striking contrast. The resulting space is warm, inviting, and highly functional, setting this home apart with its distinctive modern charm.
