In this project, we were tasked with modernizing the interiors of a dated tract home in Scottsdale, but this time with a twist—our client sought a complete departure from the neighborhood's typical aesthetics. Embracing this bold vision, we opened up the space entirely, crafting a modern environment with industrial elements. The concrete-colored floors and walnut cabinetry set a sleek, contemporary tone, while a stunning marble island paired with a contrasting black soapstone built-in dining table became the focal point of the kitchen. Despite the kitchen's original small size and challenging floorplan, we managed to create a spacious, modern, and clean layout without major renovations. The result is a strikingly unique home that stands out with its innovative design and sophisticated charm.
