This project was an exhilarating challenge that involved transforming a dysfunctional floorplan in a South Scottsdale home into a highly functional, open space with striking industrial touches. We embraced the home's structural elements by exposing the truss system and ductwork, and we removed most of the interior walls by incorporating steel beams, creating an expansive, airy environment. The polished concrete floors and white oak cabinetry contribute to the industrial yet warm aesthetic. The centrally located kitchen is designed for functionality from either side, seamlessly integrating into the open floor plan. The primary bathroom, despite space constraints, was meticulously crafted into a highly functional and custom-designed oasis, completing the transformation of this unique and vibrant home.
