In a truly unique situation, we were hired to remodel a recently renovated house in the Coronado Historic District of Phoenix. The new owners purchased the home from a flipper whose choice of finishes was neither cohesive nor functional. Working within the same footprint, we completely reimagined the space to create a much more functional kitchen. One of our creative touches included curved upper cabinets that beautifully mirror the historic house's original curved ceiling molding—a feature we insisted on preserving. We also infused playful elements, such as a built-in marble clock in the kitchen, adding character and charm. The primary bathroom was transformed into a modern, functional oasis featuring an indoor/outdoor shower, enhancing both usability and luxury.
